Washington, D.C - On June 14th, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser and local leaders celebrated the opening of Sycamore & Oak at St. Elizabeth's East, where Sol Donum delivered its cutting-edge battery energy storage system. This marks our first microgrid solution, demonstrating our commitment to reliable, renewable energy and sustainable, smart power for modern facilities.

Located in the revitalized Congress Heights area, Sycamore & Oak features the largest free-standing mass timber structure in DC and serves as a hub for local Black-owned businesses, creating jobs and nurturing community-driven retail. This eco-friendly development celebrates community empowerment and economic growth.
